At THE KRITA FIT & CO, every pouch is carefully handmade and stitched after your order is confirmed. We take pride in creating quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Returns

As our products are made-to-order handmade items, we do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect color or design selection made by the customer
  • Minor variations in fabric print placement, stitching, or handcrafted details

These variations are a natural part of handmade products and make each piece unique.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A defective product
  • An incorrect item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

After reviewing the issue, we will offer a replacement or refund as applicable.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.

Replacement Policy

If a replacement is approved:

  • The original item may need to be returned.
  • Replacement items will be dispatched subject to product availability.
  • If the same item is unavailable, a refund may be issued instead.
