Processing & Dispatch Time

• All orders are handmade and stitched after order confirmation.
• Please allow 1–2 weeks for production and dispatch.
• During new launches, sales, festive seasons, or high-order periods, processing times may be extended slightly.
• We appreciate your patience as quality craftsmanship takes time.

Shipping & Delivery

• Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within:
  • Tamil Nadu: 2–5 business days
  • Rest of India: 3–8 business days
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the courier service and destination.

Order Tracking

• A tracking number will be shared via email, SMS, or WhatsApp once your order has been dispatched.
• Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to become active.

Address Accuracy

• Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are entered correctly at checkout.
• THE KRITA FIT & CO cannot be held responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect address information.

Delays

As a handmade brand, occasional delays may occur due to fabric availability, production volume, courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will always keep you informed if there are significant delays.

Lost Packages

• In the rare event that a package is lost during transit, we will work with the courier partner to resolve the issue.

Shipping Area

• We currently ship across India.
• International shipping is not available at this time.
